Because our products and services are delivered digitally, we generally do not offer refunds once access has been granted, a download has been completed, or a license key has been issued.
Subscription Services
For subscription-based products customers may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation will prevent future billing but does not entitle the customer to a refund for payments already processed. Customers will continue to have access to the service until the end of their current billing period.
Free Trials
Where available, customers are encouraged to use the free trial period to evaluate the product before purchasing. The availability of a free trial allows users to determine whether the product meets their needs before committing to a paid subscription. For this reason, refunds are generally not provided after a purchase has been completed.
Exceptions
Refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate purchases
- Billing errors
- Accidental multiple charges
- Technical issues that prevent access to the purchased product and cannot be resolved by our support team within a reasonable timeframe
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.
